Just for Fun
Big Brown eyes and orange nose. Ha ha! This was taken when he was still eating baby food(sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, peaches).
My little puppy!! Sometimes it really feels like I have a puppy. He will crawl up to me and want some of my food. Ya know...puppy vs. baby...hm? :)
Sweet boy decked out in southern style church clothes!! I LOVE IT! Some of you might think he looks too girly for you. But I don't and I love it!! He looks so much like a baby. A lot like a baby doll. I do not dress him like this all the time, mainly because it is expensive and a little too nice for play clothes. Pretty much just for church. So handsome!
This is a picture of Parker from this morning. He loves to crawl in the kitchen while we are in here. I was currently working on the blog. You can see in the bottom corner my pajama pants. Point being, he likes to be right where I am. Literally!!! Ha!
Wow! He looks like his dad!!
Christmas with Papa K, Mama Lynn, And Aunt Lindsey
Right after Christmas we headed to Irwinton, GA to celebrate Christmas with Derek's family. They are always so generous to us!! We feel very blessed...not just for the material things they give us but also for the values and morals that they teach us continuously. It was Parker's first Christmas and let's just say he is VERY SPOILED by them. He is the first grandchild, first great grandchild, first great nephew, etc. Derek's mom, dad, sister, grandparents, and some aunts and uncles got him presents. Parker got FOUR stockings this year for Christmas plus all of his wonderful presents. But, guess what?? I am horrible because I did not get a lot of pictures. Here are some pictures from right before he(I) opened his presents. Most of those presents are his. Some of them were ours. :) The joy of providing a grandchild for someone. It is so fun!!
Snow Day!!
We went to Uncle Wade and Aunt Kimberly's house when it snowed so Parker could play with his cousin Jax in the snow. By the time we got there the snow had almost melted. So, they pretty much played inside. BUT it was fun!
Mom and Parker before it had started snowing.
Dad and Parker in the snow. We had gone to Target that morning so we were running by our house to pick up something. I ran in the house while Derek and Parker stayed in the car. Well, when I came back downstairs Derek had gotten Parker out and had him in the snow. Derek and I are like little kids. We were so giddy!! Ha ha!
Me and Parker having some fun! I always do this to get him to smile for the camera.
